Laqueeze Refund & Exchange Policy

We take pride in the quality of our gear. Please note our terms for refunds and returns:

  • Defects Only: Refunds or exchanges are only provided for items with manufacturing defects or damages present upon arrival.

  • 2-Day Window: Any issues must be reported to us via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your parcel.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Shipping Costs: * If the item is defective, we will cover the courier costs for the return.

    • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please ensure you check your size carefully before ordering.

  • Process: To start a claim, send a clear photo of the defect and your Order Number to our WhatsApp.
